Lawyer to returning back to India

After he was called to the bar in London, he returned back to India. After a couple of years, he with his family sailed to South Africa and soon became a prominent face as one of the Civil rights activists in South Africa, was proclaimed as a national hero.

On Gokhale’s behest, he and his family returned to India in 1914 and was soon thrown in the mix. He brought with him an international reputation as a leading Indian nationalist, theorist and community organiser.

The cards are specially designed and has captured the essence of each incident of this period.

There are 46 cards depicting the turn of events – right from his traveling from London back to India to him traveling to South Africa and again back home to India.
